Fishing Tromsø
Probably the best waters in the world to catch the biggest fish of your life await for you in Norway. We will take you on a Fishing trip you will remember and tell stories about for a long time. Lady Elsie Tromso organizes fishing trips in southwest Kvaløya – a region known for its outstanding beauty. The islands and fjords around Sommarøya, Håja, Bjørnøya and Tussøya are believed to be the best fishing area in Northern Norway – a real paradise for every angler!
Independently of the time of year you can go on a fishing trip in a real paradise to fish for the biggest Cod, Halibut, Coalfish, Ling, Wolf fish, Haddock, Brosme, Plaice, Sand dab... etc etc. Lady Elsie Tromsø provides all of the equipment you need – you just focus on having an excellent fishing experience during the trip!
Spring & Summer Fishing
The season runs from May to September. Many people come this time of year to target the halibut – last year we caught many specimens, weighing as much as 143lb (65 Kilos)!
We offer 3hr, 6hr and 9hr trips with up to 6 passengers in the spring and summer. Longer trips can be arranged upon request and we also offer Fishing in the Midnight Sun. Just pick your date and contact us for more details.

Skrei Fishing
The Skrei (Spawning Cod) arrive here in March and April. They arrive from the Barents Sea to spawn and they are the biggest breeding stock of cod on the planet. So far, the record aboard Lady Elsie is a huge 41kg (90lb..6 oz)!
This fishing is not for the faint hearted. We travel 22 miles out to sea and the fishing duration is 10 hours. All trips at this time of year are subject to the weather and only full boat bookings available.
